This personal data protection policy describes how your personal data (hereinafter the "data") is processed by REVUP CONSEIL, with regard to European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on data protection (known as the "RGPD"), and Law No. 78-17 of January 06, 1978 as amended, relating to information technology, files and freedoms (known as the "Information Technology and Freedoms Law").

REVUP CONSEIL, in its capacity as data controller, is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals and undertakes to take all necessary steps to ensure a high level of protection for your data.

Compliance with regulations is an important factor for transparency and trust. That's why, through this policy, REVUP CONSEIL wishes to provide you with all the information you need on the protection of your data and your rights.

Collect your data for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes based on a lawful legal basis

REVUP CONSEIL determines the purposes and means of the data processing it carries out.

Your data is collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, and is not further processed in a way that is incompatible with these purposes.

The purpose of personal data processing is the main objective pursued by REVUP CONSEIL, justifying the implementation of the personal data processing of which you are the subject.

In particular, REVUP CONSEIL carries out the following processing operations:

  • Managing contact requests, which is based on the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (i.e. exchanges carried out prior to a possible contractual relationship, at your initiative).
  • Processing your job applications
  • Receive and respond to your messages, requests for intervention or information,
  • Engage in commercial actions by sending you commercial and advertising information based on your preferences
  • Manage the commercial relationship with your service providers
  • Create and manage access to your accounts when using your tools or those contracted with us,
  • Improve our customer service,
  • Manage the smooth operation and personalization of services,
  • Accounting and management,
  • Carry out research in the event of a cyber attack and initiate any legal proceedings, particularly against fraud.

Collect only adequate, relevant data, respecting the principle of minimization

Your data is collected directly from you, via the contact form.

The data collected is therefore strictly necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. REVUP CONSEIL endeavors to keep the data collected to a minimum, and to keep it accurate and up-to-date.

Your data is regularly updated and stored by REVUP CONSEIL in its databases or, where applicable, in the databases of its subcontractors.

In addition, REVUP CONSEIL implements procedures to enable the deletion or rectification of inaccurate data.

Only authorized REVUP CONSEIL personnel have access to your data within the strict framework of their duties. They may only access data that is necessary for the performance of their duties.

Controlling the transfer of your data

Your data may be transferred for legitimate and framed cases, outside the European Union, in particular to the United States. This transfer is framed by the RGPD rules article 44 and following that the subcontractor of the Revup Conseil website: Webflow undertakes to respect (The mechanisms for framing transfers outside the EU are defined in articles 44 and following of the RGPD. The three most commonly used mechanisms are: adequacy decisions where they exist, standard contractual clauses or binding corporate rules, or BCRs, in the context of corporate groups. Limited storage of your data

Your data will be kept only as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Your data is stored as follows:

Purpose: Management of contact requests
Duration: Three (3) years from collection or last contact with you

Guaranteeing appropriate data security

REVUP CONSEIL attaches particular importance to data security. To this end, it implements appropriate technical and organizational measures:

  • in order to guarantee their protection against loss, destruction or accidental damage that could affect their confidentiality or integrity;
  • in order to comply with legal and regulatory data protection requirements;
  • respecting the principles of protection by design and by default.

All persons with access to data are bound by a duty of confidentiality and may be subject to disciplinary action and/or other sanctions if they fail to comply with these obligations.

Thus, REVUP CONSEIL undertakes to take the physical, technical and organizational security measures necessary to protect its activities and preserve the security of your data against any unauthorized access, modification, distortion or disclosure.

Nevertheless, the security and confidentiality of your data depend on the good practices of each individual. Every user is invited to remain vigilant.

Controlling the use of subcontractors

When it uses a service provider, REVUP CONSEIL only communicates the personal data it needs, and only after obtaining a commitment and guarantees from the service provider regarding its ability to meet these security and confidentiality requirements.

Where applicable, clauses complying with the requirements of data protection regulations are included in contracts/agreements/undertakings/agreements with subcontractors.

Respecting your rights

REVUP CONSEIL is particularly concerned about respecting your rights in connection with the processing of your personal data.

As such, you have a right to access, rectify, delete and port your data, as well as a right to limit the processing of your data in the context of managing your contact requests. To exercise your rights, please refer to the Contact section below.
